Neff Services, Inc. personnel have participated in numerous contract start up and shut down activities. We have personnel who can support contract transition / phase-in to help ensure contract startup activities comply with proposed prices / costs (an often-overlooked component of contract startup). Our personnel can assist with hiring, on-site inspections, negotiations, and ODC purchases.
